All images courtesy of Wydaho Roasters.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Sitting at more than 6,000 feet above sea level near the Idaho\/Wyoming state line is the first brick-and-mortar shop from local roasting company <a href=\"https:\/\/wydahoroaster.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wydaho Roasters<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Based in Driggs, Idaho, the Teton Valley shop spreads modern lodge-like rustic comfort out over approximately 2,000 square feet with a mixture of cafe seating and upholstered lounge chairs.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are in the Mountain West, and have a clean mountain vibe going on,&#8221; Wydaho Roasters Founder Jim Sheehan recently told Daily Coffee News. &#8220;We are trying to create a warm and inviting experience for tourists and locals alike.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/?attachment_id=172459\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-172459\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-172459\" src=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside.jpg\" alt=\"Wydaho Coffee Roastersinside\" width=\"1240\" height=\"930\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside.jpg 1240w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside-620x465.jpg 620w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside-150x113.jpg 150w, https:\/\/dailycoffeenews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Wydaho-Coffee-Roastersinside-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1240px) 100vw, 1240px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Guests are treated to espresso and drip coffee drinks made from green beans purchased from from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coffeeshrub.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coffee Shrub<\/a> and roasted on site by Sheehan in a 10-kilo-capacity <a href=\"https:\/\/millcityroasters.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mill City Roasters<\/a> machine.<\/p>\n<p>In a dedicated space customers pass while walking into the shop, the roaster is Sheehan&#8217;s first commercial machine after 20 years of home roasting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I did not grow up in the business, though I did have a cookie and ice cream store in the Twin Cities where we brewed specialty coffee,&#8221; Sheehan, who is originally from South Dakota, said. &#8220;That was where I learned about roasting, from Alakef Coffee in Duluth.
